Gospel for Asia Event: Experience India
Rev Rob Munro of St Mary’s Church Cheadle will be taking us on a virtual vision tour of India, using pictures and videos of his recent trip there with GFA! We’ll start by having a curry lunch together. Then be prepared to experience another country, and to see what great things God is doing there! The event, including food, is free, but we will be accepting donations to offset costs. If you’re thinking of coming contact JP (email below) so we know how much food to provide.
Local Volunteering Database
We would like to put together a database of the voluntary activities that Platt members take part in, to help us to support and encourage one another in outreach to the local community. Please let us know what organisations or charities you volunteer for and what role you do (e.g. local Foodbank Volunteer, Friends of Platt Fields Park etc).
If you would like to be added to the list and are happy to be contacted about your voluntary work in the community please complete the form below. For more information please email the church office.

CMS missionaries wanting Manchester accommodation during June/July 2019
A family working for CMS is on home leave this summer, and wants to find accommodation in the Manchester area / north-west region.
Lex and Alan Hamilton (with their children Joshua and Caleb) are looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom place. Ideally this would be available to them from 1st June to 20th July – but any availability over these dates would be helpful.
If you can assist in any way please contact directly Anne Henriksen (CMS Regional Personnel Officer for Asia) on +44 (0)1865 787412 or email Anne below.
