Book Club meets the last Friday of every month in someones home. Venues vary so you will need to check the notice sheet for more information. The meeting comprises an informal and often lively discussion of a book that has been read in the preceding month. In past months we have studied authors as varied as Emily Bronte, Rohinton Mistry and Robert Harris. Book lists are produced every 6 months in advance and books are chosen by members of the group, along with some books that are current talking points. The meeting is relaxed, based around refreshments and usually last about an hour and a half. Everyone is very welcome to attend! Meetings can vary from a few to twenty people - it really depends on the book and time of year.
